Working draft pending attorney review. This is not legal advice and is not a final legal document.
This Privacy Policy explains what information Grand Socials LLC collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to visitors of grandsocials.social and people who book a call or otherwise contact us through the site.
1. Who we are
Grand Socials LLC (“Grand Socials,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a marketing agency based in Dallas, Texas. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you visit https://www.grandsocials.social, book a call, or otherwise contact us about our services.
This website is a marketing site. It is not a client portal, payment processor, or account dashboard. A signed services agreement, if we enter one, may include additional privacy or data-handling terms that control for that engagement.
2. Information we collect
We collect information in three ways: what you give us, what is collected automatically, and what we receive from tools we use to run the site.
- Contact and booking details. If you use our booking link (currently Calendly) or otherwise reach out, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, company name, appointment time, and any notes you choose to share.
- Business information. You may tell us about your company, offer, advertising accounts, websites, or marketing goals so we can prepare for a call.
- Device and usage data. When you visit the site, we and our providers may collect IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, pages viewed, timestamps, and similar diagnostic or analytics data.
- Advertising and cookie identifiers. If we install pixels, tags, or similar tracking tools, they may collect cookie IDs, pixel IDs, click IDs, and events such as page views or button clicks.
3. How we use information
We use the information described above to:
- Operate, maintain, and improve this website.
- Schedule and hold discovery calls, free-trial conversations, and follow-up communications.
- Respond to inquiries and provide information about our marketing services.
- Measure site performance, diagnose technical issues, and understand which pages or campaigns are working.
- Run and measure advertising, including retargeting visitors who have been to this site, where permitted by law.
- Protect the site, our business, and others, including detecting abuse and complying with legal obligations.
4. Cookies, pixels, and similar technologies
We may use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies on this site. These tools can be first-party (set by us) or third-party (set by providers such as Meta/Facebook, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, analytics vendors, or our booking tool).
Depending on what we have enabled in our admin tools, this may include Facebook Pixel or other ad pixels, analytics scripts, and conversion events. These technologies help us recognize browsers, measure visits, attribute traffic to ads, and deliver or limit ads.
You can usually control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect how the site or booking tool works. Industry opt-out tools, such as the Digital Advertising Alliance’s consumer choice page, and platform ad settings (for example, Meta, Google, or TikTok) may also limit some interest-based advertising. Those tools are operated by third parties, not by us.
5. Calendly and other service providers
Booking is handled through Calendly or a similar scheduling provider. When you book, that provider processes your information under its own terms and privacy policy. We receive the booking details we need to meet with you.
We also use other vendors to host the site, send or store communications, run analytics, serve ads, and operate our business. Those vendors process information on our behalf or, in some cases, as independent controllers of their own tools. We do not operate their platforms and are not responsible for their independent practices.
6. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share information in these situations:
- Service providers who help us host the site, schedule calls, run ads, analyze traffic, or operate the business, under appropriate contracts where required.
- Advertising and analytics partners, when pixels or similar tools are active, so those partners can provide measurement and advertising services.
- Professional advisors, such as lawyers, accountants, or insurers, when needed.
- A buyer or successor if we are involved in a merger, sale, financing, or similar business transaction.
- Authorities or other parties when we believe disclosure is required by law, to protect rights and safety, or to enforce our terms.
- Others with your direction or consent.
7. Retention
We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, including follow-up on inquiries, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, security, and legal compliance. Booking records, correspondence, and advertising logs may be retained for different periods depending on the tool and the reason we hold them. When we no longer need information, we delete it or take reasonable steps to de-identify it.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. U.S. state privacy laws, including those that may apply to Texas residents in some situations, can also provide rights around targeted advertising, sales of personal data, or profiling. We will respond to requests as required by applicable law.
To make a request, contact us using the method in the “How to contact us” section below. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. You may also have the right to appeal a denied request where the law provides one.
If we send marketing emails, you can unsubscribe using the link in the message or by contacting us. Transactional or scheduling messages may still be sent when needed to complete a booking or respond to you.
9. Children
This site is intended for business owners and other adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, or from anyone under 16 where a higher age is required. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No website, transmission, or storage system is completely secure. You use the site and submit information at your own risk.
11. International visitors
We are based in the United States. If you access the site from another country, your information may be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may be different from those in your location.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of the page will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy. For material changes, we may provide additional notice on the site.
13. How to contact us
Questions about this Privacy Policy or our privacy practices can be sent through the booking form on this website or by mail to Grand Socials LLC, Dallas, Texas. Please include “Privacy request” in your message so we can route it correctly.
14. Governing law
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where a mandatory privacy law of another jurisdiction applies to you.
